Tasks
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the cash and bank payments team, ensuring accurate and timely payments
- Support internal and external audits and provide the necessary documentation
- Manage the team’s capacity and workload, ensuring that deadlines and KPIs are met
- Developing a team culture that supports the attraction and retention of talent
- Establishing and operating effective internal controls
- Supporting cross-functional collaboration to ensure the efficient operation of processes
- Maintaining contact with internal and external partners, handling escalated issues
- Keeping process descriptions and knowledge management up to date within the team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting
- 5+ years of experience in a Shared Service Center environment
- Experience leading a team of at least 7–10 people
- Knowledge of SAP or Oracle
- Willingness to work in a hybrid work environment
