Budapest's market leader among a-la-carte restaurants, with over 450 covers
daily and a culinary team of 30 professionals is now looking for a Chef de
Cuisine.
|
|
Skill requirements
The candidate must have at least 10 years of international
professional experience with 5 years of management experience with a focus
on menu development, cost and HR management. The succeeding candidate will
be responsible for a team of 20 culinary professionals in a high-profile,
fast-paced kitchen. He will be answering directly to the restaurant group's
executive chef and will have to be a key player in keeping the leading
culinary position and continued financial success of the establishment.
