Job description
* drive lean transformation processes in local factories within the Group
* lead projects in different sites with local staff
* train and develop group members
* coach and support local lean staff during transformation
* organize and lean shop floor actions
* implement necessary support structures to ensure sustainability
* coach and challenge senior operational managers
|
Skill requirements
* experience of manufacturing with lean projects and/or leadership positions within a factory
* high level lean management background
* six sigma certification is an adventage
* university degree
* good leadership and communicational skills
* strong analytical and presentation skills
* excellent English is essential
